Part time contractor to address operational needs of this small but profitable real estate investment, and residential real estate firm. Specifically: Review and recommend improvement to all office accounting, operations and staff procedures. Create clear and consistent reports that accurately reflect all KPIs of company. Review all current staffing models, compensation and performance then make strategic and tactical adjustments. Perform function of direct supervisor for staff of four (4) direct reports.

Branch Manager/Building Materials
Direct hire. Position requires 5 to 10 years supervisory and building material management/sales for Southern Maine company. Manager will schedule and direct staff of 10+ employees to include personnel in delivery, warehouse, laborers and sales.
