Louis L. LaPierre, President/Owner
Louis L. LaPierre has managed Accomplished Professionals since January 1988. Mr. LaPierre, a Waterville, Maine native, joined Accomplished Professionals
in the summer of 1985 after an extensive career in information systems.
He was MIS Director for CF Hathaway Company from 1976 to 1979 and MIS
Director of Brown Shoe Company, St Louis, MO from 1979 to 1980. He
later worked for Digital Equipment Company in Maynard, MA as a Senior
MIS Manager and for Keane, Inc. as an MIS Consultant. Mr. LaPierre
holds a BSBA Degree from the University of Maine and an MS Degree in
Business Management from Thomas College.

Keith Goodwin, Vice President Information Systems
Keith Goodwin, a Scarborough, Maine native, joined Accomplished Professionals
in the fall of 1996. He brings over 8 years of technical recruiting
experience and 3 years of industrial experience as a Geographic
Information Systems (GIS) analyst for a large engineering firm. Before
joining Accomplished Professionals, Mr. Goodwin was a very
successful information systems recruiter in the Boston area. He holds a
BS degree from Penn State and an MS degree from the University of South
Carolina, specializing in GIS.

Deborah Jabine, CPC, Vice President
Deborah Jabine, CPC, brings to Accomplished Professionals a solid background in all aspects of interim and permanent employment services management. Prior to joining Accomplished Professionals
in 1992, Ms. Jabine was Managing Personnel Consultant for eight years
with American Personnel of Maine. During that time she specialized in
temporary and permanent administrative and paraprofessional placement.
She holds the designation of Certified Personnel Consultant and a BA
from USM.

Gwendolyn DeCicco, Staffing Consultant
Gwendolyn DeCicco joined Accomplished Professionals in February 2008. Mrs. DeCicco brings approximately 10 years of experience representing clients in both the public and private sectors. She worked extensively with domestic and international clients and corporate offices in the leisure travel business. Prior to 2001, during her enlistment in the military, she served in various capacities, such as the Family Support Representative and Class Commander of Advanced Individual Training in Watercraft Operation. Mrs. DeCicco currently resides in and grew up in Portland, ME. She attended both Catherine McAuley High School and Portland High School and received her B.A from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine.

Charles Sutton, Staffing Consultant
Charles Sutton joined Accomplished Professionals in April 2008. Before relocating to Maine, Mr. Sutton lived in Massachusetts, where his expertise in Technical Support found a home in various technology companies over the last 13 years. During this time, his experience has also included sales support, quality assurance, and documentation. Mr. Sutton holds several Microsoft certificates and has attended both the University of Rhode Island and Community College of Rhode Island.

Jayne Conley, Staffing Consultant
Jayne Conley, who originally was with Accomplished Professionals from 1996 - 2002, returns after starting a family and raising her young children. Ms. Conley brings with her 10 years of experience in both direct hire and temporary services management and placement of accounting and administrative professionals.
