Louis L. LaPierre, President/Owner
Louis L. LaPierre has managed Accomplished Professionals since January 1988. Mr. LaPierre, a Waterville, Maine native, joined Accomplished Professionals
in the summer of 1985 after an extensive career in information systems.
He was MIS Director for CF Hathaway Company from 1976 to 1979 and MIS
Director of Brown Shoe Company, St Louis, MO from 1979 to 1980. He
later worked for Digital Equipment Company in Maynard, MA as a Senior
MIS Manager and for Keane, Inc. as an MIS Consultant. Mr. LaPierre
holds a BSBA Degree from the University of Maine and an MS Degree in

Keith Goodwin, a Scarborough, Maine native, joined Accomplished Professionals
in the fall of 1996. He brings over 8 years of technical recruiting
experience and 3 years of industrial experience as a Geographic
Information Systems (GIS) analyst for a large engineering firm. Before
joining Accomplished Professionals, Mr. Goodwin was a very
successful information systems recruiter in the Boston area. He holds a
BS degree from Penn State and an MS degree from the University of South

Deborah Jabine, CPC, brings to Accomplished Professionals a solid background in all aspects of interim and permanent employment services management. Prior to joining Accomplished Professionals
in 1992, Ms. Jabine was Managing Personnel Consultant for eight years
with American Personnel of Maine. During that time she specialized in
temporary and permanent administrative and paraprofessional placement.
She holds the designation of Certified Personnel Consultant and a BA

Mark Maurer has worked in the staffing and executive search industry
for 14 years, first as a Marketing Specialist for Management Recruiters
International (MRI) and then as President of Maurer & Associates, a
highly respected executive search firm. Mr. Maurer brings an in depth
knowledge of both contingency and retained searches and a passion for
client service and excellence. Mr. Maurer has also held the position of
Vice President of Sales for a Silicon Valley medical diagnosis firm and
as a Senior Sales Executive for a software development firm. He holds a

Terri Hatt, a Bangor Maine native, joined Accomplished Professionals
the first of November 2005. She brings an eclectic variety of job
experiences to the business. Terri worked for the Freeport School
System for many years in the schools, as well as, in the Community
Education program. She worked for LL Bean for nine years first as a
temporary employee and progressed toward her last position as Frontline
supervisor in the Distribution center. Terri has volunteered her time
to many activities including Habitat for Humanity. Her passion for

Terri Hatt, a California native, joined Accomplished Professionals
in 2007 and brings a diverse background to the team. Danielle served in the US Air Force as an MIS analyst from 2000-2004, and is an Operation Enduring Freedom veteran. Danielle also has a background in Real Estate sales; and has worked as an agent and office manager for a prominent real estate corporation. Danielle holds a B.S. in Business Management from Limestone College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a certified PC technician. Danielle enjoys playing tennis and brings a competitive spirit to the organization.
