This position is responsible for consulting with clients regarding plan provisions, addressing clients' questions and concerns in a timely fashion and providing forms and disclosure information to clients. Additionally, the plan administrator will prepare and review the compliance tests and annual reports assuring that all standards for regulatory and legal compliance are met as well as the provisions of the plans. The administrator will oversee daily record keeping and production statements and be responsible for the training of new team members. Necessary qualifications include a B.S. degree or higher and must have 2+ years of HANDS ON EXPERIENCE with retirement/defined contribution plans. The candidate for this position must have extraordinary customer service skills and be computer proficient.

$45,000.00 to $65,000.00

Direct hire. Position requires 5 years of staff level accountant experience and must include a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. BS Accounting (minimum of 18 credit hours in accounting). This position will supervise accounting and clerical staff reporting to the Controller. Position will compile and analyze financial data, prepare budgets, perform reconciliations of various accounts and maintain the general ledger. Fund accounting experience desirable.
